Where can I apply to be a buyer on the coffhub platform?
You can click here To register as a buyer on coffhub, this will take you to the coffhub marketplace where you can select products. Price Survey Get quotes from multiple vendors. Pay for your order. Can I register an account as a buyer at a coffhub office?
Our process is automated, so we do not encourage you to visit a coffhub office to register a buyer account. Which account should I choose - an individual or a corporate account?

Do I need to send copies of any of my documents to coffhub to become a buyer on the platform?

How long does the verification process take?
The verification process takes approximately 3 business days. However, buyers may begin purchasing immediately upon registration. If the buyer submits complete relevant documents.
Does coffhub charge a membership fee from buyers?
coffhub does not charge any membership or initiation fees. with buyers because coffhub collects all marketplace service fees from the seller side instead.
Can I purchase products outside my country?
Currently, coffhub only supports domestic transactions. Cross-border services will be announced in due time.
What is the coffhub buying process?
The buying process on our platform is just 3 simple steps.
Step 1 Add products to your shopping cart. Once the information is complete, you will receive a message informing you that the seller will provide a quote for your order within 2 business days of the order being issued.
Step 2 Review the relevant quotation from the seller including shipping costs and payment terms.
Step 3. Confirm offer. The seller will then deliver the product within the specified time.
What payment options can I choose as a buyer?
Buyers will not be able to choose a payment option as it is within the Seller's sole discretion to offer such terms as the Seller deems appropriate for each buyer. coffhub offers 3 payment options. Select: Pay before sending the product (Pre Payment on delivery (Cash On Delivery or COD) and Pay Later with credit term. However, buyers may negotiate with sellers using the chat function. When and how can I pay?
Payment can be made via bank transfer as specified by the coffhub website and the slip will be entered on the payment page.
