Where can I apply to be a trader on the coffhub platform?

Can I register an account as a seller at a coffhub office?
Our process is automated through our system, so we do not encourage you to visit a CoffHub office to register a seller account. After successful registration, please ensure that you verify the seller's identity (Seller KYC) by promptly submitting the necessary documents. Failure to submit required documents or the submission of false documents may result in the suspension of sales from the platform and related legal proceedings.
Which account should I choose - an individual account or a corporate account?
If your business is a legal entity, such as a company or a limited partnership, you may choose to register as a corporate account. Otherwise, please register as an individual account. The only difference is the type of documents you will need to submit for the Buyer KYC (Buyer Know Your Customer) verification process under the settings.
Do I need to submit any physical copies of my documents to CoffHub to become a seller on the platform?
You are not required to send any physical copies. All documents must be uploaded to the Seller KYC (Know Your Customer) verification section under settings, where the uploaded documents will undergo verification.
How long does the verification process take?
The verification process takes approximately 3 business days. However, sellers may begin selling immediately upon registration. If the buyer submits complete relevant documents.
coffhub charges no commission or fees. From the seller or not?
coffhub generally charges a marketplace service fee......% (excluding VAT) of the total transaction value including VAT. And for each transaction, the seller will be charged a payment fee......baht. Can I sell products outside my country?
Currently, coffhub only supports domestic transactions. Cross-border services will be announced in due time.
What is the coffhub sales process?
The buying process on our platform is just 3 simple steps.

Step 1: Receive customer order notifications through the distribution management system. (Distribution Management System, abbreviated DMS)

Step 2: Quote shipping costs. Specify payment terms and send the relevant quotation documents (if any) to the buyer within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

 Step 3 Once the buyer confirms, the seller will deliver the goods via their own transport. or third-party delivery service providers as appointed by the seller within the delivery period, which can be set in the seller identity verification (Seller KYC) under settings.
What payment options can I choose as a buyer?
Buyers will not be able to choose a payment option as it is within the Seller's sole discretion to offer such terms as the Seller deems appropriate for each buyer. coffhub offers 3 payment options. Select: Pay before sending the product (Pre Payment on delivery (Cash On Delivery or COD) and Pay Later with credit term. However, buyers may negotiate with sellers using the chat function. When and how will I get paid?
Payment to the seller will be received within 7 business days after the buyer receives the item. And sellers generally receive their money after deducting the marketplace service fee.
