Refund Cases

  1. According to after-sale service, if you feel dissatisfied, you can proceed to receive after-sale service, receive a refund, or repair the product. In this case, you can write a letter of intent within 7 days from the date you received the product. CoffHub Co., Ltd. will coordinate with the seller within 15 days from the date of notification. You can report a problem and attach information about proof of payment and send it to coffhub@coffhub.com
  2. In case Coffhub co.,ltd approves a refund, you must send documents to coffhub@coffhub.com

       3.Transferring money schedule for 20242025 based on date, time, and place as follows:

1.In case the seller missed the submission of the document round. Payment will be the next round in all cases.

2.In case the 25th is a holiday, the money transfer will be postponed to the next day

3.In the case of incomplete documents, Coffhub co.,ltd reserves payment in all cases.
